So basic...</title><content type='html'>Jackie - You are right! It was Oprah ;-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So basically, our plan is this . . . we are trying to shop at places where we know there are no hormones/antibiotics. We just ask the manager of the meat department. For instance, we have a House of Meats (from Toledo, Ohio) in Columbus. All of their meat is hormone/antibiotic free, and their prices are not bad at all. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Like Pollan said, we are trying to make at least one good choice a day. We still eat fast food (occasionally - we have cut WAY back), but we are becoming much more aware.
