I have daughters.

On 1:18pm on Friday, February 10, we brought a second daughter into this world. Though I had no inkling whether it was a boy or a girl, I'm absolutely reveling in the idea that I have daughters. And with the birth of our baby girl on Friday, my daughters are SISTERS. I'm so so very thankful.

Welcome to the world, sweet and beautiful Greta Marie. You were 6 pounds, 14 ounces and 19 inches at birth, and I love every stinkin' speck of you.

Momma and baby are home and doing well. Thank you immensely for all of your love and prayers.

  1. Melt. That's the first thing I thought when Ava was born. Sisters!! I love my own so much.

  2. So thrilled for you. As someone who never had a sister, I'm hopeful that Caroline will have one someday, too. So fun that your girls can grow up together. Imagine the shenanigans! Greta Marie - you're perfectly precious and beautiful!

  3. Golly, that is just perfect in every way. God is so good! Love love love the world is blessed with another sweet Hooper girl!
