Backyard Camping

Recently Matt took the kids camping, the first camping experience for H&H. They set up camp in Grandma & Grandpa's backyard. It's hardly a typical backyard camping experience - their backyard opens up to 400 acres of beautiful scenery - woods, a pond, a creek, and plenty of wildlife.

Only Henry slept all night in the tent; Harper stayed cozy and confined indoors. Nonetheless, everyone had a wonderful time and the kids are begging to do it again.











And I could really go for one of those s'mores - marshmallows slightly burnt & extra chocolate, thankyouverymuch.
