Don't all toddlers do yoga?

Life with a toddler is proving to be hysterical. At least once a day I catch him doing something totally bizarre such as spinning deliriously in circles, hiding toys in the fireplace, belly sliding down the stairs, or posing downward facing dog.

Downward facing dog? Yeah, downward facing dog (video proof below). If you don't know what downward facing dog is, Google it.

And as you watch the video, see if you can catch a few of my son's recent tricks: one-hand-in-air (which means airplane, in case you don't speak toddler sign language), dancing (on command, I might add), belly identification, and nose identification (my new favorite).

And someone please tell me what the dog is thinking when he enters the frame. His posture next to the yogi is hilarious.

Oh, and why is my son only wearing his Levi's, you might be asking. I have three words for ya: cherries for lunch.

  1. everything about this makes me smile. inside & out.

  2. That's so cute! I'd like to know how much time he spends upside down like that in a day? Too funny. I totally remember when Kaden first started dancing... it was a ear-to-shoulder head dance and we had NO idea where he learned it. Such a fun age!

  3. Kids are adorably weird. I love it! ~Lo
